Terms of service
Last updated: 17 August 2026
1. Service provider
Tripnepeople Di Marco Nardino, con sede in via G. Puccini 3 Roseto Degli Abruzzi, P. IVA 01904240676. Contatto per ogni questione relativa alla protezione dei dati: info@lucidgeo.eu.
2. Subject matter
The Provider makes available, on a software-as-a-service basis, a platform for analysing the visibility of websites and content in search engines and in artificial-intelligence answer systems. The service imports data from the platforms connected by the Customer, periodically queries third-party conversational assistants, and returns metrics, reports and operational guidance.
These terms govern access to and use of the platform. They do not constitute an offer to the public and do not replace any commercial agreement entered into between the parties.
3. Invitation-only access and early stage
As at the date shown above, the platform offers no self-service registration. Access is reserved to customers expressly enabled by the Provider under its early adopter programme, following manual activation of the workspace.
The Customer acknowledges that the service is at an early stage of operation: features, interfaces and metrics may be changed, suspended or removed, and interruptions, calculation errors or non-permanent data loss may occur. No guaranteed service levels are offered at this stage.
4. Formation of contract
The relationship is formed upon activation of the workspace by the Provider following a written agreement, including by exchange of electronic correspondence, covering scope, duration and fees. In the event of conflict, the specific agreement prevails over these terms.
5. Intended users
The service is intended solely for parties acting in the course of a business, commercial, craft or professional activity. It is not intended for consumers, and consumer protection legislation does not apply.
6. Accounts and credentials
The Customer is responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through its workspace. The Customer must notify the Provider without delay of any unauthorised use of which it becomes aware.
The Customer is likewise responsible for managing the users it invites into its workspace and the permissions granted to them.
7. Third-party integrations
Connecting Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Bing Webmaster Tools or other platform accounts is optional and is carried out at the Customer's initiative through the respective authorisation mechanisms.
By connecting an account, the Customer warrants that it owns the connected web properties or holds valid authorisation from the owner to permit such access, and indemnifies the Provider against third-party claims arising from breach of that warranty.
Integrations depend on third-party services, which are subject to unilateral changes in terms, usage limits and availability. The Provider is not liable for interruptions, delays or changes in data scope attributable to those services. Use of data received from Google APIs is governed by the privacy policy.
8. Probabilistic nature of measurements
The Customer acknowledges that measurements concerning the presence of its brand in responses generated by artificial-intelligence assistants are probabilistic and not deterministic. Such systems may return different answers to the same query at different times, in different geographic regions, or for different users.
Accordingly:
- the metrics produced constitute a sample-based estimate rather than an exhaustive measurement;
- results are not fully reproducible or verifiable by third parties under the same conditions;
- the Provider gives no guarantee as to ranking, citation, visibility or traffic outcomes.
Operational guidance produced by the platform is advisory and does not replace the Customer's professional judgement. Any decision taken on the basis of such guidance remains the Customer's sole responsibility.
9. Fees
Fees, payment methods and billing frequency are set out in the specific agreement referred to in clause 4. Unless otherwise agreed, prices are exclusive of value added tax and any other fiscal charge.
Economic terms reserved to customers of the early adopter programme are governed exclusively by the agreement signed with each of them.
10. Prohibited uses
The Customer and the users of its workspace must not:
- access the platform by automated means not expressly authorised, or circumvent technical and usage limits;
- decompile, disassemble or attempt to derive the source code, save within mandatory statutory limits;
- resell, sublicense or make access to the platform available to third parties without express written authorisation;
- connect web properties for which they hold neither ownership nor authorisation;
- use the service in breach of mandatory law, third-party rights, or the terms of use of the connected platforms.
11. Intellectual property
The platform, software, interface, documentation, trade marks and all constituent elements remain the exclusive property of the Provider. The contract grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use limited to the duration of the relationship.
Data uploaded or imported by the Customer remains the Customer's property. The Provider processes it solely to deliver the service and within the limits set out in the privacy policy.
The Provider may process aggregated and anonymous statistical data, not attributable to the Customer or its web properties, for the purpose of improving the service.
12. Data protection
With regard to personal data contained in data imported by the Customer, the Provider acts as processor under Art. 28 GDPR, on the basis of a specific agreement signed between the parties. With regard to account and billing data, the Provider acts as an independent controller, as described in the privacy policy.
13. Suspension and duration
The Provider may suspend access, with prior notice save in urgent cases, in the event of breach of these terms, risk to infrastructure security, or non-payment of fees due.
Either party may terminate as provided in the specific agreement. Failing other arrangements, either party may terminate on thirty days' notice.
On termination the Customer may request export of its data within thirty days. After that period the retention periods set out in the privacy policy apply.
14. Limitation of liability
The Provider is liable for damage caused by wilful misconduct or gross negligence and, to the extent permitted by law, excludes all further liability. Liability for indirect damage, loss of profit, loss of goodwill or failure to achieve commercial results is excluded in all cases.
Save in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, the Provider's aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by the Customer in the twelve months preceding the event.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit its exclusion.
15. Changes to these terms
The Provider may amend these terms for regulatory, technical or organisational reasons. Material changes are notified at least thirty days in advance; a Customer who does not wish to accept them may terminate without charge within that period.
16. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. The courts of [[FORO_COMPETENTE]] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save where mandatory law provides otherwise.
This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of discrepancy, the Italian version prevails.
