Cookie policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites store on the user's device during browsing. Similar technologies, such as localStorage and sessionStorage, store information in the browser for comparable purposes and are subject to the same rules.

Cookies used on this website

The informational website lucidgeo.eu sets no cookies of any kind, uses no measurement or analytics tools, embeds no third-party content (remote fonts, video, maps, social widgets) and carries out no profiling. Browsing these pages involves no processing by means of cookies.

For this reason no consent banner is displayed: in the absence of non-technical cookies, the law does not require one.

Cookies used in the application

The application reserved for registered users, available at app.lucidgeo.eu, uses strictly necessary technical cookies only:

Name Purpose Duration Type
lucidgeo_session Keeps the user authenticated between requests and identifies the active workspace. Session, maximum 30 days Technical, first party
lucidgeo_csrf Protects forms against forged requests originating from other sites (CSRF protection). Session Technical, first party

These cookies are set with the Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite attributes, are not accessible to third-party scripts, and are not used for any purpose other than those stated. As cookies strictly necessary to deliver the service expressly requested by the user, they do not require prior consent.

Third-party cookies

As at the date shown at the top of this document, no third-party cookies are present, either on the informational website or in the application.

Should measurement tools or third-party components be introduced, this policy will be updated beforehand and a compliant consent mechanism implemented, with prior blocking of scripts until the user has made a choice.

Managing cookies in your browser

You may configure your browser at any time to block cookies or delete those already stored. Instructions are available in your browser's documentation, under privacy or content settings.

Blocking the technical cookies described above prevents access to the reserved area: without them it is not technically possible to maintain an authenticated session.
